We know that in your day to day life you face many stressful situations, many hours of work, on top of other concerns such as having to pay bills, manage home repairs and more, so Enso offers you to take care of some of them so you can focus on things you truly like and you evaluate as more important.

Expenses included

All expenses included in the same bill: water, electricity, gas and other services to free you from all annoying charges. We offer the all-inclusive formula incorporating all expenses in the same bill.

Maintenance

If you have any problem, our community manager will take care of the correct maintenance of your coliving space.

Co-working

We take care of finding the perfect space to work in a good environment and with like-minded people.

Tupperware service

If you are one of those who do not like to get into the kitchen every day to prepare the food for the next day, Enso offers you this system to eat every day the food you like the most, through our food partners.

Cleaning service for your coliving

In addition to all these services, we include the cleaning of your coliving once per week. Having a clean apartment can be something tedious and a task that we usually leave to the last minute; very few of us like to dedicate the time it needs. So we have thought to make your day-to-day life easier and we offer you to free yourself from this burden.

On the other hand, cleanliness in a coliving is a very important factor. To maintain the quality of coexistence in an apartment it is necessary a correct cleaning of the flat. We all know situations in which the quality of cohabitation has been diminished by uncomfortable situations of lack of cleanliness, in which one of the roommates does not perform his tasks well and generates friction. 

For this reason, Enso includes the cleaning service, making the coexistence between the colivers of the highest quality, avoiding at all times uncomfortable situations that everyone likes to avoid.
